Are Harry’s Famous Sauces certified Organic?

While we do use some certified organic herbs and spices in our sauces, none of our other ingredients are certified organic at this time. We are working on several certifications right now. Stay tuned for more news!

Are Harry’s Famous Sauces Gluten-free?

Our sauces are all certified Gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP).There are no ingredients used in the recipes that contain gluten, however cross contamination can occur that is outside of our control. The gluten-free threshold is currently less than 20ppm per the FDA.

Recent lab analysis (5.2025) showed: Gliadin (component of Gluten) <2.5 ppm (w/w) & LOQ 2.5 ppm (w/w) for Harry’s Famous Marinara No 7 Sauce.

How long can I keep each jar?

Each jar has a shelf life of 2 years from the production date. Of course, once opened they should be refrigerated and used within 5 days.
